Copy Typing Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented **Copy Typing Specialist** to join our remote team. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent typing speed, strong attention to detail, and the ability to accurately convert handwritten notes, scanned documents, PDFs, or images into well-formatted digital text. As a Copy Typing Specialist, you will ensure that all documents are typed with high accuracy while maintaining the original formatting, grammar, punctuation, and layout where required. You will work independently, meet project deadlines, and handle confidential information with professionalism. **Responsibilities:** * Convert handwritten and scanned documents into editable text. * Type documents quickly and accurately. * Proofread completed work for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors. * Organize and save files according to project guidelines. * Deliver completed assignments within agreed deadlines. **Requirements:** * Excellent typing speed and accuracy. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Google Docs. * Good command of written English. * Reliable internet connection and a computer. * Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully. * Previous typing or data entry experience is an advantage but not required.
